EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING CREDIT SCHEME
NDIM believes in learning through experience which positively transforms students and hence the whole society.
The National Education Policy 2020 of Government of India lays emphasis on students’ learning beyond the classrooms. As per The National Education Policy, the students should be encouraged and given all kinds of support for learnings beyond the classrooms and every activity they do, needs to be recognized. Therefore, NDIM has announced “Experiential Learning Credit Scheme” in the year 2020 under which every activity done by the students beyond the classroom, is measured every month. It’s record is also kept so that all students are encouraged to get into those activities.

- Live Projects
- Research Work
- Student Mentor-Mentee Session
- Corporate Mentorship
- WE Cell
- E-Cell
- Innovations and New Ideas
- Social work done by the student
- Student Co-ordinator points (ARs, CRs, ERs) and CRC Points
- Self-Learning Points
Benefits of earning Experiential Learning Points
To encourage you to take up various activities of your choice so that you can
Learn beyond the classrooms
Learn through doing things by hand
Earn marks and credits without passing full subjects (1 Credit = 30 points)
Earn upto 180 points (equivalent to 6 credits in total to avail the benefits of swapping with the papers). The list of subjects in which these points can be swapped are notified to the students.
If a student is pass in all the subjects, the earned points are added in Semester-IV marksheet as additional credit under the heading Experiential Learning Points.
Students who score more than 180 points are awarded with a certificate and cash prize of Rs.2000/- for each extra credit earned in their PGDM program.
